Micah's Firsts

I have been terrible this time taking note on when Micah has his firsts.

He turned 10 months on Christmas Day.

So here's what I remember of his firsts:

He started crawling at 8 months.

He got his first tooth at 8 months.

He stood up at 9 months.

He started clapping at 10 months.

He started table food at 9 months.

Unfortunately those are estimates.

The most important thing is he is healthy, very happy, and growing well!

This is the precursor to crawling with my kids.

Haylee did the exact thing before she learned.

Something about standing on your head helps promote crawling??!!

This is the first time I saw him pull up on something!

Got to love cell phone cameras, can always have a camera available.

He has been sick a lot of cold like viruses. But I tell you what he takes it like a champ!

And yes that is all snot and drool on his nose and chest

Baby Crack- Waffles with syrup on it! Yummy!

Big Sis helping him learn to walk, though we might have a bit longer

to wait on that one!

Ryan's Fam Christmas

My bundles of JOY!

They got these outfits from the McCray's (our neighbors/babysitters) the night before!
They looked so cute in them!

Cousin Drake was there, and then later Aunt Kelly brought over her little one

Conner. Taylor & Gracie were with their mom this Christmas. But we got to see them

at the Candle Lite Dinner a few days before.

Yes, Soph is wearing a Halloween shirt. She loves that shirt and always picks it when I tell her to dress herself. Ryan wanted to change her because we were taking pictures, but that is such a representation of her that I didn't want to change that!

Barbies are always a great gift!

Ryan had the girls make me a necklace and bracelet as seen in the picture. They did a great

job picking the beads out and putting them on the wire according to daddy.

Micah of course enjoyed everyone else open presents, he just wanted the paper anyways.

Even Bella got a gift! She looks so stylish now!

We taught Micah to clap this weekend!

He is also sporting his new front teeth!

He now has 4, two top and two bottom, and more coming!

My Fam's Christmas

We had my side of the family Christmas at our house this year!

We were celebrating our basement being complete, which is really amazing, but that is another post!

This is all Micah wanted to do, eat the paper!

Colin & Rachel got Sophie her "favorite" movie- How to Train your Dragon.

She was explaining the movie to them!

In fact she got multiple "favorite" movies:

TinkerBell, TinkerBell: Great Fairy Adventure, Veggi Tale princess movie,

Barbi Mermaid.

Of course some of those came to Haylee, but they share them.

Micah got some tools, which every little man needs!

And he got an AMAZING BLANKET!! Ok, so I made it, it was my first quilt that I finished in a day. But it's really cute and soft. I bought most of the fabric when I found out that I was having a boy. Then last Christmas my BF Tabitha got me a bunch of random fabrics. Recently when I was putting my sewing room together and found the fabrics, I just threw them together and made a blanket!
