The following story has to do with Bowel Movements, so if you have an adversion to poop don't read it! :)
Haylee loves to take baths. In fact many times we have to spell the word bath because otherwise she won't stop talking about taking one. The other night after Ryan got home, haylee really wanted a bath. I kept telling her that she had already had one. But she kept saying "bath, bath time, please!" How cute is that? So I asked Ryan if he would give her one since he isn't able to do it, he agreed. After sitting in the bath room with ryan and haylee for a while my back started hurting, so I told them I would go into the bedroom and lay on my heatpad for a while. I was not in the bedroom for a minute before I heard my husband screaming like a little girl, "she pooped, she pooped in the bath tub. Come help, I don't know what to do. Please help. What do I do?" I started laughing so hard I could hardly talk, haylee was looking at ryan like she didn't know what his problem was. Ryan kept saying, "you clean it up, I don't know what to do." I of course told him he needed to clean it up himself. So I took haylee into her room and started putting a diaper on her. Ryan comes in and says, "ok, I got my tools, I'm ready to go in." That of course scares me, "what tools?" Turns out he got a soup laddle from the kitchen and decided to use that! Oh, I was not happy about that, but by the time I got back into the bathroom he was done. I told him to bleach the bathtub and toys. Then after all that when we were sitting down, I told him that he freaked Haylee out by his reaction. He responded by saying, "hey this was my first experience with poop in the bath tub, I think I'm allowed to over-react!" We both got a good laugh out of it! The joys and surprises of parenthood!
