Florida 2011: The Beach

The beach was great! The kids didn't swim in the ocean, but they played in the small

waves and played in the sand.

Soph was pretty nervous about the water, and when

she felt how cold it was that day she really didn't like it!

I think Micah loved all the tactile experiences on the beach.

Which then led to him tasting the sand...

When I realized that he had sand in his mouth I made him empty it,

he was NOT happy about that! It's up there with getting his nose wiped!

All better!

We came back another day with our swimsuits and sand toys
