Big Girl Room!

So Haylee has been fully moved into her new room.

She sleeps in a big girl bed, and has done

very well. The first few nights she couldn't get down from the bed

so she cried for a little while. When she figured out

how to get down, she would come into our bedroom.

I would put her back down, and she would sleep the rest of the night.

Now she sleeps through the night without incident.

It only took 1.5 weeks to get her to

sleep through the night in her big girl bed! Wow are we blessed!!

Now that we are done with the decorations, I thought that we would share what has been my vision for over a year--Surfer Girl Room!

Hanging off the bed is a guard rail that we put up at night so

she won't roll off the bed while sleeping. And in case she does I put

the big fluffy rug there to break her fall! :)

Ryan found this Palm Tree at our local hardware store 50% off, it was perfect!

My husband insisted that we have the umbrellas in the pot. Something

similar was on display at Hobby Lobby and he loved it.

He is such a metro, :) but I love him for it!

This is the step stool for her to climb up and down out of bed!
