So Crafty!

So I have taught myself a new craft--Sewing!

A girlfriend of mine had been sewing for a while, and got me inspired.

For my b-day my mom bought me a sewing machine and I haven't

stopped!

I haven't used a pattern, and have made some mistakes,

but for the most part my dresses look great on the girls!

The quality of the pictures are poor, due to be taken on my phone.

But you can get the general idea!

A knot dress

Mary kay bought Haylee a knot dress, so I decided

to use that as a template and make my own!

This was my first one. The stretchy part was already there.

I added a hem, buttons and ribbon. I made one for

Haylee, Sophie and myself. Now I just need to make a tie for ryan

and we can all match! Never thought I would be the parent

to have matching clothing for my kids, but it is just so darn cute!

Though the pic is poor, you can tell the buttons are daisies!

How cute!

I bring in all my crafts to my supervisor to show off. She said

after supervision we should ditch counseling and starting making and selling

our crafts! I had to admit I would love that, but no one would want to buy my

clothes after looking at them upclose. I'm still working on making it a finished product!
